Perfect!
Got this board for the trip to Japan, Hakuba. 4-5 meters of insane powder. This board is just perfect. I'm 180cm/83kg and got the 157. Floats in powder like a dream. Landings are perfect, riding switch is easy. Glad i did not size down.
ALL MOUNTAIN - DIRECTIONAL

Where on the mountain this snowboard is especially tuned to excel.
Beginner level snowboards are fun and approachable for all riders while an advanced snowboard is tuned for a particularly aggressive / athletic style of snowboarding.
How easily does this snowboard bend under pressure? A soft flex is great for fun maneuverability while a stiff flex is better for aggressive high speed hill bombing.

This is the one orca to rule them all. I've been riding the regular orca 156 for the last few seasons and been loving it. But found that the weight up front made it more difficult to spin when rotating off jumps and side hits. With the Golden Orca, it feels so much lighter up front! Been able to nail 360's off side hits first try super easy. Also, the extra tail-kink surface area on the golden orca makes landings on cliff drops sooo much easier. The graphics are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT on this one too, couldn't ask for a better all around pow and resort board. I'm 6'0, 190lbs, and got the 157. 157 has been perfect for resort and regular pow days; however, if the pow was going to be mega deep, I'd want the 161 Apex Golden Orca.
I have had an old Ride Serum 153 for over twenty years and was apprehensive about a new board because mine is still super fast. I got the 150 “B” Golden Orca and there were a couple of hard to notice spots on the top sheet, really nothing to write about. The board is a carving machine, super nimble, stable at higher speed, and so much fun to ride. This is all MY opinion of course. 23 years of riding, Snowboard instructor, speed freak.
Unbelievably lightweight took a run or two to get used to the new style that I’ve never had but felt like butter on the powder very quickly Love it ! Lib tech for life
Hi guys! I’m in Utah and had to wait for bad conditions to write this so I could be completely honest with my thoughts. I have the 2022 model. Of course this thing is glorious in powder. Last year it floated like a dream day after day in 3’-5’ powder at Powder Mountain, Snow Basin, & Brighton. But the real question was: “how does it do in the park, hard pack, groomers, and chunder?” I can now testify this thing is amazing! Having ridden full camber boards since 1993 I was extremely skeptical. Due to the rocker section of it. But they’ve got the science down. Integrated with the magnetraction this thing feels like a camber board! Especially at higher speeds. And when going through icy type hard chunder, it rides smoother than my warpig and highpath. Rather than having to cut through, it feels like it just rolls with it. All the while keeping a very precise edge and feeling super damp. Groomers and hard pack are the same. You won’t lose an edge. As long as you keep centered. Leaning back and pressing an edge is the only place you’ll notice a difference from a camber board. It likes to wash out a tiny bit easier. But also a magnificent thing if you’re coming into a big air landing a bit off center (it’s very forgiving). Turns well in trees but you need to keep low and be intentional on your turns. I’m 6’ and 205. I ride the 157cm. But could easily downsize to the 153cm. Thus, losing nothing, but gaining heel to toe transition speed. Ya know, because volume shifted are wider. You get used to that though. This is THE absolute ONE quiver board. And quite honestly the best I’ve ever ridden. It has it all!! Absolutely amazing board!! Thank you Lib Tech.
