Unreal! It's just what you need!

After doing a ton of research for my first board I landed on the 7'6 pickup stick. Besides the indestructible design and feeling good about the environmentally friendly constructions, this board really meets all my needs for performance. Surfing the Oregon and Washington coast as an intermediate rider, I needed all the help i could find catching waves. I took it for its maiden voyage this week and was blown away by the maneuverability in the water like short board but the wave catching of a long board. Dropping into waves and getting a good bottom turn in took some good power but if you combine some longboard techniques with this board you're rewarded with a board that feels surprisingly nimble while carving with some fun mixed in, walking up to the nose, getting different rides depending on how you want to ride that wave. Really anyone from a beginner to an advanced surfer looking for the daily driver on our smaller days or cruising on bigger days. I'm truly blown away and would recommend this board to everyone! Also if you're stuck between deciding different sizes, remember, the more waves you catch, the faster you learn. Ill never look back on my choice of 7'6
