does what it says

47 year old male, 30 yrs riding, expert level. Been riding Jamie Lynn models most of my life. Switched to the Cold Brew last week after a fresh dump as I needed something a bit more flexible and easier on my body at this point in my life that still provided enough responsiveness, speed etc. As soon as I started I could feel the stickiness of the board to the mountain. The magnatraction, rocker and multiple points of contact felt like I was really stuck to the snow which took some getting used to after 30 years with stiff ultra fast boards. It felt like there were training wheels on it or a parking brake was pulled but once you trust the grip and went with it, the board would respond well enough. It took much less power to transition turns, slash and carve but the results were definitely below what I can do on a more advanced board. I am not really that sore this week whereas last month I was dying after riding the new Lynn for 4 days (I will leave a review of the Lynn as well). It definitely feels slower than a more advanced model. That being said, this is exactly what I was looking for and it did exactly that.

Started with the Cold Brew, now onto T. Rice Pro

The Cold brew was the first good snowboard that I got. It was so nice to learn on that I passed it on to my younger brother for him to start learning after I purchased the T. Rice Pro; he is in love. Going to get the new model of the Cold Brew for him next season. Great beginner board.

Awesome design, versatile ride!

I’m 5’5, 155lbs and ride the 153 Cold Brew. I’m a ski patrol in Quebec. This board is just perfect and playful on the slope, and also in the deep snow. When it gets a little bit icy, I put more pressure on the edges to make the magne traction works better. You’ll feel the board bite the ice. I use to travel in the Rockies with that board and loved the way the nose get out of the pow so smooth by itself. I just put my bindings a bit back stance and let the rocker shape make the whole job. You’ll definitely learn to enjoy that board in every circumstances!

Playful, Fun, All Mountain Board that Puts a Smile on Your Face

It's pure fun in every sense. Say goodbye to the guesswork of picking which board to ride because this one's got you covered. With its C2 Camber-Rocker-Camber profile, the Cold Brew brings the perfect combo of pop and butter ability to the table. Whether you're slashing through powder, tackling steep lines, or hitting up the park for laps, the Cold Brew is a go-to board for a good time.
